Who may use KyloWorks
The private beta is for people aged 18 or over. You must provide accurate information, protect invite links, and comply with applicable law. KyloWorks may suspend content or accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Your content
You keep ownership of your content. You confirm that you own it or have permission to use it and grant KyloWorks a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to operate and promote your selected profile visibility. Do not upload confidential, infringing, malicious, deceptive or illegal content.
Jobs and introductions
KyloWorks introduces members, employers, trainers and independent providers. Unless explicitly stated, KyloWorks is not the employer, recruitment decision-maker, agent for either party, or provider of listed services. Job posters confirm a genuine vacancy and accurate permanent or temporary status. KyloWorks does not charge work-seekers for finding work.
Services, prices and reviews
Providers and customers contract directly and must agree scope, qualifications, total price, taxes, cancellation and refund rights. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience, disclose incentives and avoid conflicts of interest. We may label reviews unverified, moderate them, and remove fake or misleading reviews without suppressing honest criticism.
Safety and responsibility
Do not discriminate, harass, impersonate, scam, misuse personal data or post unlawful opportunities. Verify employers, providers and claims independently before sharing information, paying or meeting. Use the reporting tools for concerns and contact emergency services where there is immediate danger.
Service availability
KyloWorks is provided as a beta and may change. We do not guarantee employment, candidates, rankings, earnings, qualifications, availability or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact: support@kyloworks.co.uk.
