What we collect
We collect your ChatGPT account identifier and email, the profile and job preferences you provide, portfolio files and links, opportunities, reviews, reports, and basic service and security records. Please do not upload information you do not have permission to share or unnecessary sensitive information.
Why we use it
We use account and portfolio data to provide KyloWorks, protect accounts, honour visibility choices, surface relevant opportunities, investigate reports, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Public profiles are shown only when you select Public. Invite-only profiles require the link token. Drafts remain visible only to their owner.
Legal bases and sharing
We process data to provide the service you request, for legitimate interests in operating a safe platform, with consent where required, and to meet legal duties. Hosting, authentication and storage providers process data for us. Public profile information is visible to the public; invite content is visible to anyone you give the link to. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can change visibility, hide your contact email, disable feedback, reset an invite link, withdraw optional job-alert consent, or delete your account from the dashboard. You may also request access, correction, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Complaints may be made to the UK Information Commissioner.
Retention, security and contact
Account content is retained while your account is active and deleted when you use account deletion, except limited records we must retain for security, disputes or law. Reports are kept only as long as reasonably necessary. We use access controls and private object storage, but no online service is risk free. Privacy requests: privacy@kyloworks.co.uk.
