Report concerns
Use “Report this content” beside a profile or listing. For privacy, copyright, account or appeal requests email safety@kyloworks.co.uk with the relevant page link and a clear explanation. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services rather than waiting for KyloWorks.
What we act on
We assess reports of fraud, scams, illegal content, threats, harassment, discrimination, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, fake reviews and unsafe job or training offers. We may restrict visibility while investigating and remove content or accounts where appropriate.
Fair review and appeals
We consider context, severity, evidence and repeated behaviour. Affected members may ask for a decision to be reviewed by replying to the decision notice or emailing safety@kyloworks.co.uk. We keep appropriate records of reports and outcomes.
Safer hiring and services
Never pay to apply for a job, send money or identity documents without verifying the recipient, or rely solely on ratings. Meet safely, agree terms in writing, check qualifications and insurance where relevant, and report suspicious requests.
