How recommendations work

Job matches
Signed-in members can choose desired roles, locations and job types. KyloWorks compares those words with listing titles, descriptions, areas and work types, then surfaces closer text matches. It does not decide who is hired, reject applications, infer sensitive characteristics or guarantee suitability.
Opportunity order
Opportunity pages currently prioritise average member rating, then the number of reviews, followed by recency. Filters restrict results to the selected category. Ratings may be labelled unverified unless a customer relationship can be established.
Your control
You can change matching preferences or turn off optional email alerts at any time. Always read the full listing and independently verify the provider. Report misleading results or fake reviews using the reporting tool.
